Prior to your visit, our team will contact you to gather details about your pool issue so the technician arrives fully prepared with the proper tools and potential replacement parts. A skilled repair technician trained in factory diagnostics will then visit your home, which includes up to one hour of diagnostic time to accurately identify the issue and possible solutions. After diagnosis, you'll receive an upfront, no-hidden-fee repair quote; please note the $149 diagnostic fee is separate from any repair costs. If you approve the repair and parts are available, the technician can often complete the work the same day, provided you're available by phone or in person to authorize the repair. If parts need to be ordered, we'll coordinate a follow-up visit, often the following day, and the same card on file will be used for payment unless other arrangements are made. The time you select is the beginning of a 2-hour arrival window.
